I want to make it big on Broadway. What is the BEST performing arts college to help me make it?

It can be anything but it is to last two minutes long, I’m a girl so it needs to be female, and I was hoping for something from quite a well-known film which I can find the script for.
If you have any experience in theatre it would be greatly appreciated =]
I also have to sing two songs-

i’ve decided to choose ’son of a preacher man’ and ‘Whistle down the wind’
