I am pretty sure you have to do a song cold, like just look at the notes and rests and sing it? how do i learn how to do that?

so im moving from miami to georgia in about a week, now school up their started on the 6th, but down here in dade county it starts on the 20th now my mom already unregistered me from my old school american senior high and i told her i want to go to a performing arts school to further my singing, so i need to know whats the requirments and which one is gonna be in my area the new house is in henry county, now to get in do you have to audition or something like that, or take some test or is it just like any other school where you just register and thats it, what classes are they gonna make me take cuz when i start school im gonna be a 10th grader, and how many periods do they have what time school starts and what time it ends cuz down here its starts at 7:20 and ends at 2:20 , and also in georgia do they have this test that we do in florida cuz down here we take this thing called the F-CAT that determinds our fate if we graduate, does georgia have one of those too?
